I just want to say, THANK YOU! Thank you for having Keith apart of your team. Tonight, he literally came to my rescue. It was raining and I felt bad for seeking service, however, he remained very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire experience. I needed a battery and my headlight fixed. He offered options and sought my best interest. In the end I decided to purchase the battery with you because he provided a sense of security and patience. Now, I will not have any setbacks as I began my day tomorrow. I’m forever grateful for him going the extra mile and I will be returning for any future needs.

Just had the worst customer service experience I can remember. I went to get my battery tested. The store employee came out to the car like I was interrupting his day. He told me by the eye test my battery looks old. Laughable. I questioned him on it. He said it just looks old. I asked him what the car battery tester said. He He didn't know how it worked but it says "bad battery." I asked him to explain what measurements it takes and which ratings would indicate the battery is bad. He had no clue. When he went to replace the battery (I already assumed it needed replacing), He finished installing, had me start the car, then close the hood and walked inside without saying a word. He didn't say we're done or we're finished or there's anything left to do. I had to chase him down and ask him if we were done. Then I went under the hood and the battery strap was completely loose. That's because the employee had simply taken a nut and place it on top of the bolt that tightens down the battery strut. He did that because the nut didn't fit on the bolt, because he had lost the nuts he had taken off the bolts, So he had gone back into the store and found a couple. But those didn't fit, So he had just placed them on top of the bolt with at least an inch of thread showing. He wanted me to drive away with a strap completely loose and two nuts sitting on top of the bolts without being tightened down. I had to go into the store and get his manager to do it correctly. I hope the manager corrected this employee. The level of workmanship and knowledge was a 0 out of 100.
