  Nice place. We were greeted as we walked in. And they asked if we needed any help locating something, which we did. One of the staff walked us to the Battery chargers and explained a few details about each one. But none fit what we were looking for. We needed one that you could have on hand in your vehicle if your battery died.

  Christian at the store is a complete gem, his experience and care show and I hope that AutoZone recognizes him and his team at this location!! I had a left front bulb not working and he took his time to talk to me about this and ended up replacing both of them for me!! He didn't have to do that! He experience in this field and care for people in his community shine! I wanted take the time to share this, so others would know if you have an issue this is the store to call!! Hands down 😁

  Yesterday my daughter and I realized the brake bulb was out in her Ford Escape. It was a Saturday at 5pm. We knew we had 4 hours to travel in the dark back to NC. We stopped at the AutoZone on Indian River Road in VB to get a bulb. While there, I asked the sales guy if we couldn’t figure out how to replace it, did he know of a place that could do it at that time of the day. He said I”’ll do it.” He told the other sales people he was stepping out and would be back shortly. He came out, took a look, got his tools and replaced the bulb for us. We offered to pay him and he said “No, I’m on company hours, but thank you!” Christian was beyond courteous and helpful! We probably could’ve done it except we weren’t sure we had the right tools. So we were very thankful when Christian went out of his way to help us! Thanks AutoZone for hiring kind, respectful, caring and knowledgeable people! Not only did he fix our brake light, but he was able to carry on a delightful conversation while he worked! Highly recommend this location!

  Whoever designed this parking lot, has no brains. It's tough to get in with a big car. The bushes impede your vision when you're trying to leave out. It's an accident waiting to happen. Remove the trees. As for service, everyone in there were friendly and helpful.
