When I approached her, she acted as if it was an imposition. When we determined what battery I needed she stated she would have to see if she could put it in the car. We walked out to the car and she took one look and said she couldn't, that there was too much to take apart. I'm not a professional mechanic but I've worked on and around cars my whole life and it was a simple matter of removing the battery cables and two additional nuts on the base plate. When I asked her why the associate at the previous store we were at (which didn't have our battery in stock) said it would be no problem, she couldn't or wouldn't answer. I left and took my business to O'Reilly and experienced no problem at all and had service from a wonderful young man. AutoZone has lost our business.

This was my 2nd stop to pick up a part I needed. Amanda, after being so helpful to walk me through the part I needed she continued to be professional and sincere in her assistance. I literally had driven from another location and will definitely recommend the Haygood location for future stops! The service was top notch and I repaired my vehicle within minutes!! Thanks 100x over!!
