I headed to the nearest AutoZone usually I go straight to the dealership for everything (even though they’re overpriced) since I’m not very mechanically inclined. I forgot the gentleman’s name but he was super friendly and helpful. I had no idea that if you buy a battery from AutoZone, they’ll install it for free! I was already mentally preparing myself to do it but they took care of everything quickly. Great service and very convenient I’ll definitely be back!

He pulled out my battery and let me leave while it charged. He then called to let me know it was done and I made my way back. Upon returning I saw him busy with someone so I went inside to wait. James asked if I needed help and I told him my battery was charged and he told me to wait for the guy to be done I said okay. James then told someone he was going to help me put my battery in and came to help me with that. Upon him putting my battery he tried to tell me I needed a sleeve because something in my battery wouldn’t attach and that’s why my car was how it was and I told him that I didn’t have an issue with it before. I went ahead and pulled the thing off my car to give him more room space to work and guess what, it attached. He told me to turn on my car and when I went in I noticed this black thing the first guy gave me. I told James i was given this and he let out a big sigh and then said “it’s for the battery ma’ma” in a very annoyed and rude way. I replied with “how was i supposed to know that” he then proceeded to huff and puff about doing all this again. If he didn’t want to help he didn’t have to I was patiently waiting for the guy who originally helped me. He works there he should know if something was missing and didn’t have to get annoyed about it. I could’ve just waited. I don’t get my car fixed usually its my husband but he’s recovering from something. Thanks to the first guy who helped me wished I got his name. Only reason i put a 3.
