Rapping about hard drugs , volume up way too high, and one of the employees wearing a mask covering his face and could only see his eyes. If I had my kids with me , I would be very upset and it’s just very unpleasant. Work is not the place to try and be a thug. AutoZone should get rid of that employee. He’s also just rude when asked a question, and the fact I couldn’t even hear him because the music was so loud.

He made me aware of further deals if I come back to the store. He delivered amazing customer service I highly recommend to look for Steven when you get to AutoZone he is great!

I ended up buying a new battery and even getting it installed for free!!! So shout out to Steven for all the help and thanks to their staff for being extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience!!!!
