I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to James. He took the time to help me check my car and made sure I got the right oil, then helped with the oil change as well. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I really appreciated his help and professionalism — this kind of service makes a big difference. Thank you, James!

I was surprised when the repair shop denied the delivery driver to drop off parts. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure the parts got there. I really appreciate the effort. Not only that Jordan was very professional and courteous. I would definitely shop hear again.

Please do not allow them to look up parts using your license plate number; insist they use your VIN instead. They sold me the wrong rotors, which cost me an additional $75 because my car was already on the dealership's lift, and I had no practical way to return to the store for the correct parts. I was also concerned about whether I would receive the correct rotors on the second attempt. When I returned the incorrect parts and explained the situation, the employee showed little concern for the time and money their mistake cost me. I recommend going to a different location.

I really wish that the parts that are refixed up and resold, are thoroughly checked, its really frustrating when you purchase the part only for it to start working and stopa 2 months later and I gotta pay my mechanic another $100 for labor due to this shop selling faulty parts, not sure if the parts are being thrown back on the shelf and resold, I get its a diy but some people take this route to save money or they can't afford to take it to some shops, you guys should be really reimburse people for stuff like that, damn near scamming

I stopped by this AutoZone to purchase oil for my vehicle, expecting basic customer assistance. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The associate at the register looked up the item I needed but provided minimal help beyond pointing me in a general direction. When I asked for clarification once I got to the aisle, I was told to “just look for it and grab the brand,” rather than being assisted or guided properly. Customer service is important, especially for customers who rely on staff expertise. This experience felt rushed and unhelpful, and it did not meet the standard I expect when shopping here.
