The representative at the register was unable to pull up the account via a phone number, name etc even though I had a copy of the receipt. Was told to go back to Auto Zone in NY to rectify 😅... Clearly...I'm not going to do that! I ended up calling and speaking to the manager at the NY location where he pulled up the information without any issues. I wish the representative at the register went above and beyond but he did not. He called the manager in NY to confirm after the fact. Where this place excels my expectations are with the gentleman named James B. Who changed the battery. He was busy but kept me informed and had an amazing customer service skills! He Single handedly changed my experience from frustrating to amazing! Give that man a raise!
