Store associates will even run into you at a local car shop minutes after denying a replacement and stopping to note their recognition of you and then still deny a replacement/refund of a defective product under warranty with three years and 10 months left!

In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
