The staff had informed my father that he would be provided a ride home after returning his rental vehicle. However, no one ever came out to take him home. Instead, everyone got into their cars and left, leaving him standing outside waiting. My father was in pain and upset, especially considering that he required the rental due to a prior accident. To be left standing outside with no assistance after being told he would be taken home is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of care for customers. I am requesting that this matter be investigated promptly. Please review your staff’s actions that day and advise what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to another customer.

I get a phone call on the day that I was supposed to pick up the vehicle (2 hours before pick up time), saying that the car is not available and only thing they can offer me is a minivan. Why do you guys display the vehicles online and tell me at the last minute saying it's not available? If the vehicle is not available, it shouldn't be displayed on the website. The corporate needs to fix this.
