  I almost lost my job messing with this place ...please be careful renting from this location ....i reserved a rental went to pick my car up and they had non available mind you i got an email and text alert my car was ready ... the attendants behind the desk was no help and even lied and said they tried to call me but i had no missed call ... i wish i would have got the gentleman`s name that i spoke with because i would have no problem naming him ...either way they were of no help and usually at other places they would try and call around and see if another location had a car but nope didnt do that either ... another lie ... they also said they had cars coming in later they would call me ... I`m still waiting on that call a month later ...so sad ... Again if you can help it do not rent from this place ..

  I have had to come here a few times. And the service is always amazing. Ms Kiara is extremely professional and always does her best to get the vehicle that I need. I definitely recommend this location. It is smaller so if you book same day they will have limited vehicle options, if any.

  I never leave reviews but I have to. Very nice people in person….but EVERY time I have called, I’ve been on hold for 45+ minutes. Even an instance someone actually picked up within 5 minutes which was a win, but then he asked if he could put me on a brief hold and again, I waited 45 minutes……sigh Eventually, I just start calling the Laskin Road location and haven’t had a problem. I would recommend another Enterprise location over lynnhaven especially if you have a day job and don’t have an hour everyday to hope that someone can spare 3 minutes of theirs for a quick question. Otherwise, cool people in person but I can only assume (and hope) they’re MASSIVELY understaffed 🥲
