He gave me advice on my situation with my car and even hopped on the phone with the mechanic I was dealing with to ask questions regarding the issues with my vehicle. May God bless him. I will not forget the kindness and patience he displayed. My experience at this location was amazing.
- RTRob TTFeb 8, 20265.02/7/2026- My battery died and I was stranded in the parking lot in the coldest night waiting for my road side assistance service. I waited almost 2 hours and they sent me another text saying it would be another 38 minutes. Luckily a good Samaritan helped me jump my car. He suggested to go this store to get my battery to replace ASAP. I went there half an hour before the closing and greeted by a very friendly older gentlemen (I forgot to ask for his name). He helped selected the battery and replaced the battery for me in less than 10 minutes despite the coldest weather outside night. Big shoutout to this gentleman to his service and to the store. Not like some Trashy road side assistance company that left you stranded. The service this store provided is exemplary!

After spent about half an hours to do the replacement process, Herbert and Eric went above and beyond to get me a new battery even better than the one I purchased 5 months ago ( my original one is not available ) and still under warranty. Frank did the installation and took only 15 minutes, I can’t express enough how wonderful the job they performed as the team. Highly recommended.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
