I purchased a OBD2 reader a few days ago, and wanted to return it. The female at the front desk 1st said, this READS anything , it can read anything, whats wrong with it. I said nothing's wrong with it, it didn't provide what I needed, She then repeated it can READ any code, ........I replied I didn't say anything about a CODE......this is after she took it from my hands and started studying the receipt. Let me qualify right now I am a full mechanic and I know what Im talking about. She then said we do not take ELECTRONICS back, I said this isn' t an auto electronic, its not a sensor its a OBD2, she said DOESN'T MATTER WE DONT take returns???? This person just wanted to ARGUE.......completely unprofessional. I walked out of the store and called the store I purchased it from, and asked the same question THEY SAID SURE BRING IT IN NO ISSUES.........BEFORE YOU SAY...........YES AUTOZONE CAN ACCEPT RETURNS TO ANY STORE, IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THE EXACT STORE. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS NEXT, I WILL TAKE PICS OF THE RECEIPT AND MY BANK ACCOUNT WHEN IT GETS REFUNDED AND I WILL BE CONTACTING CORP AND FIND OUT WHY THIS FEMALE IS STILL EMPLOYED.........UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR..........
