  No waiting in line however a lot of waiting. Seems like 1 person might actually know what they are doing. Trying to sell me everything but couldn't answer the question about coolent level. Still waiting watching 3 people stare at the car but nothing happening. Do they not have enough people? Are they actually trained? A lot of questions. Won't be coming back to this location. Literally sitting in my car and everyone just walked away. Nothing happening... So much for a quick stop. Now I'm watching them. Take money out of the register. Split some money between each other. I don't know if what they're even doing is lawful.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. From the moment I pulled in, the service was quick, professional, and very organized. Sebastian took excellent care of me and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. You can tell he really cares about customer service and doing the job right. I truly appreciate how attentive and respectful he was throughout the visit. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service I received from Sebastian!

  This Valvoline is wonderful! They go above and beyond in doing their job. They are professional and very courteous. I always feel good about having my vehicle serviced here. Their team is efficient and I never have to wait long to have my vehicle taken care of. They offer a health care discount which is much appreciated. Great spot!

  It was a great experience for an oil change honesty. Went in with concerns about oil and a possible leak and they assured me there was no leak to be concerned about. Got the oil change done, opted for a tire rotation as well, and hearing all the call outs and constant communication was refreshing. I liked being almost a part of the process and I hope others that get services at this particular location can also admire the skill of the staff. Thanks for the help, guys. We were traveling and definitely needed that oil change 😅 I’m not the best person to ask about pricing but the tire rotation is about the same I’d have spent at my local mechanic if I had not been traveling.
