  I would like to preface this by saying I came to this location a handful of times prior to having any issues, and always used other Valvoline locations in the past. However, the way management and upper management have handled a mistake made by one of their technicians has deterred me and others I know from ever doing business with any Valvoline location or affiliates ever again. My skid plate fell off shortly after leaving this facility, and upon taking it to the nearest shop, we found that the skid plate was tied on by a PHONE CORD. This has also been verified by the manager of the store, stating there is camera footage of this occurring. I have contacted the store and customer care numerous times to get reimbursed for the new skid plate I had to purchase, to which both the store manager and the district manager, Jack, have refused to reply back to me or answer the phone. The customer care reps at Valvoline have reached out to the market manager, who has given me no response, as well as to the district manager, Jack, who refuses to join in on a call with me directly. I have been refused a refund for the skid plate that was tied on with a phone cord, and supposedly given two free oil change coupons which never came to my email (useless to me either way as I will never go back to a Valvoline). I stated from the beginning I had no interest in the oil change coupons. They are only willing to refund me for the oil change itself, obviously because it is less than half the cost of the skid plate part/installation. Being this store is right off the interstate, the skid plate very well could have flown off and caused a crash, endangering numerous people, and I pray that doesn’t happen to you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICES. God forbid any mistakes are made to your vehicle, because the management will become unresponsive and state they are “too busy to talk on the phone.”

  A LOAD of UNNECESSARY stuff, just for an oil change. They want to charge me to wipe the oil off my oil cap? They checked my headlights, wipers, battery? Just change the oil! I'm going to Jiffy Lube next time. In, and Out. I also said I work at an Auto Parts store and I only need the oil done.

  I'm from South Carolina and visiting a friend and was behind on oil change. Great service from these guy. And I was able to use 25% off coupon. Its great to sit in the vehicle and watch the change instead of sitting in thee lobby not knowing what the techs are dping.
