After about 30 minutes they got a new oil cap from Advance Auto and lowered the price on my oil change $10.00, which is usually what I pay with the coupon, but they wouldn't take the coupon and said they already gave me $10 off. Again...what I usually pay. This visit should've been free or 50% off. This visit ruined my appointment I had for later, because it made me late, but they didn't seem to care. The young person who completed my sale was not concerned at all. I will never go back, and I'll tell everyone I know what happed so they will not go back either.
