It was almost completely drained. But Sue saved the day! She quickly figured out what the other place had done wrong and jumped in to fix it. Sue didn’t hesitate to stay late to help us. We do offer trunk vacuuming services. As the trunk is a secured area, please inform the service advisor during check-in. They will request you to open your trunk, allowing our team to vacuum it. Please note that there is an additional charge for trunk, hatch, or boot vacuuming.

We cannot guarantee the safety of aftermarket plastic accessories. While most bug shields withstand the washing process without issue, problems may arise if the shield has pre-existing damage from rock chips, stress cracks near installation screws, or if it's made from low-quality plastic. For optimal durability, we recommend bug shields made from Lexan, such as those produced by Lund or Deflecta-Shield.

Our car wash is designed to accommodate convertibles and soft-top vehicles. However, please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any damage resulting from pre-existing rips, tears, or improper sealing on the vehicle.

-Interior and exterior non-factory stickers or decals
