  Must've deleted previous review, cause' I know I typed a long one. Rented a 2023 ford explorer that was new to them, had it maybe 2 days manager said. He was nice but rushed me to try and arrive early so he could leave early. He rushed me through the paperwork on the tablet without explaining anything about deposit and how they charge more if you spill or damage anything. If you smoke it can cost $250 because they have to clean it out some specific way evidently? IDK but didn't see that in what was signed. He didn't know the vehicle so he didn't explain how it operates, I had no clue how may mpg it took. No clue if it was FWD, AWD or anything. Inside wasn't cleaned well and smelled like an older person. The trunk didn't open at all, two air valve stems on front tires were missing. This car had maybe 45,000miles but clearly had not been examined by this enterprise. They didn't tell me when it had to come back on the 10th, I texted the help message number they sent. I guess I was texting with the manager, person didn't identify themselves. There were only 3-4 vehicles even there and the website did not accurately describe any of this. They need to list only what they actually have available online, and be sure to tell people how many MPG and if it's an AWD or 4WD. If it has a tow hitch matters as well as how many passengers it holds.

  Choice of vehicles because of leg issues, gas efficiency was great and Enterprise was easy to work with, no hassles

  I have never been disappointed with enterprise until I came across a lying & awful person they have there name Logan. I was in an accident while not a fault & the other person insurance paid for my rental, as I was pulling off the lot my bf behind me pulled out with me & said you have no brakes. As I go back he says oh yeah that car was in an accident which means he didn’t even check the car before renting it out, so he gives me another car that has dog hair all over the seats, stains from the dog on the seat & what makes matter worst he didn’t check this car either. He got the man to vacuum but still dog hair & stains was on the seat. But what makes matter worst after finding out my car was totaled I started paying out of pocket for the rental & things he told me would be taken care of was not. He let me leave the lot with no insurance knowing I had two kids after me asking was I insured he agreed I was until I came back & another representative there told me he was not supposed to let you leave without offering you the insurance we offer or your insurance. I had to go through so much since paying for this car. When I say I will never be dealing with this enterprise again & Logan being a manger needs so much more training. This has been an exhausting experience. I feel like I was taken advantage of.
