  I had an issue sending parts from Florida tons family member in Virginia. I engaged AutoZone's customer service. I also reached out to the CEO of Phillip B Daniel not expecting much I was surprised to learn that from the customer service team to the head office they responded. I finally got resolution when manager Eli Villegas responded. He got the issue rectified and shipped the parts immediately. I wanted to thank everyone by standing by their customers and resolving the issue to my satisfaction. I highly recommend AutoZone.

  There was a lot of people in the store your parts manager was very professional and curious I had to wait a few minutes to dump my oil I was able to do that I came back into the store and your store manager showed up and he gave me a nasty attitude because I was changing oil in the parking lot which kind of was very unprofessional you are supposed to say hey bud whenever you get a chance when you're done I'd appreciate it if you would just you know clean up your mess out in the parking lot I got kitty litter he didn't say that he came at me he said you're the one out there to change your oil in the parking lot right I was like yeah I'm the one and he was like well you need to clean up your mess in the parking lot before you leave I'm like okay bud and he snapped at me that was uncalled for
