  I purchased 2 $386 Continental run flat tires from tires choice.. The purchase comes with a 12 month limted warranty that covers punctures and tire malfunctions. According to the warranty I am allowed to receive a new replacement tire. This was discussed with Dennis Harrell the manager prior to my purchase. The tire was punctured 7 months after purchase. Tire choice refused to replace my tire. This place is managed by untrustworthy individuals, who will tell customer's anything just to receive their business. I have reached out to their corporate office to discuss my disappointment. Stay away from this place!!!!!!!

  this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a garage. I came in at 7 o’clock for a state inspection. I was the second person in line. I saw people come and go with no appointment and was out before I even got my car in the bay I left that place at 2 o’clock in the evening. I was told I needed a head lap, but I am positive that all my head lights were working before I pull into the establishment. I was willing to pay for the head lab, but I was told that I needed a head that I was still waiting for over three hours. Totally unacceptable. I hope no one else goes through this type of experience and I hope no one patronize this organization.

  Warning: Avoid the Suffolk Main Street location. My experience was a complete failure in customer service from start to finish. First, they failed to honor my original appointment (March 8, 2026), making me waste a trip and reschedule. When I finally got my new tires mounted and balanced, the job was done incorrectly. I called to have them fix their error, but the front desk refused, claiming their policy is to not guarantee their own work unless you buy the tires from them. It's baffling that a business would charge for a service, perform it poorly, and then refuse to make it right. Their only solution was to tell me to complain to corporate. I'm incredibly disappointed!

  I have been to this location and few times and never any issues. Saturday was a little different. I made an appointment the night before for an oil change on and dropped my van off Saturday morning. I was called at 2:20pm there was a problem and the nut, drain plug, was stripped. In getting the plug off and draining the oil they were unable to screw the plug in the pan and now I need to replace the oil pan, plug and gasket. I was asked where I had the oil done before and I told the assistant manager where it was done. He stated that is was stripped there but I will have to pay for the replacement. I was never told about a stripped plug before this day. I told him I would call him back. I decided to go up to the location and talk to the gentleman. I wanted to know if the plug was stripped before they started the service. He said yes. He added it was in crooked also. So I asked him if it was crooked and stripped before the service why wasn't I denied service and told to go back to the last place I went to and shown of the issue. photos. He told me that they didn't know it would have to be replaced. My spouse shared a situation with a service he was denied at that location and explained why it couldn't be done. This is were the assistant manager started to get a little loud and ended to conversation with dropping my keys on the counter and stating the corporate number is on the door this happens a lot that's why we have lawyers. And Also to tow the van. Also, I wouldn't drive the van it has no oil. It's undrivable. This is when I asked for an invoice. When it prompted to sign, it states that I am ok with the invoice. I told him I didn't have the invoice to read he said it wouldn't print until I sign. I signed. The invoice states I denied service and I stated it was the other facilities fault. When I read back the notes he wrote he said that is what I said and the phone calls are recorded. I never denied services and my van that I drove there cannot be driven.

  I took my 2007 Chevy Impala to Tire Choice for a state inspection and was told it needed an inner tie rod. After the repair was done, the car immediately started pulling to that same side, so I brought it back a second time. When I picked it up again, it was still pulling and now the steering wheel was very difficult to turn. They redid the alignment and also performed a power steering flush, which is when the steering problems began. Before that visit I had no issues turning the wheel, but now I’m being told I need a new power steering pump (not by this shop). That problem did not exist before bringing my car in. On top of that, I noticed part of the brake caliper is now hanging loose. My car may be older, but it has been very well maintained and was in great condition before this inspection visit. What should have been a simple repair has turned into a long list of new problems. I will not be returning. Inspection was only $20 but they ended up getting at least $600 out of me for the problems they caused and still the issues are not resolved and I have to go see someone else and pay more money.
