  Booked a large SUV 4+ weeks in advance for a trip to Florida only to get a call the morning of pick up to be informed that no SUVs were available. Went to pick up the rental and had to wait atleast 30 mins to be informed that no large SUVs were available or Minivans. The only option that was available was a 15 passenger vehicle even though I only needed 7 seats for travelers. That 15 passenger vehicle had to be clean thus adding more time to the pick up time. The vehicle I was forced to rent only averaged 15.4 miles per gallon thus costing me additional money for a less efficient vehicle that i was force to rent. It also cut me out of being able to park in garages because of its height. Also having to park in the back of most parking lots because of its size. I dont see myself renting from this company on my personal time due to the disorganization of a company this size showed. Throwing a winkle into a family's vacation when the reservation was made well in advance to make sure the vehicle of choice was available.

  My family was given a vehicle the company knew was due for an oil change and did not let us as the customers know. Instead we were given the car as if everything had checked out and now the oil change light is on and we THE CUSTOMERS are expected to coordinate getting it done? No available vehicles that fit our family’s needs are available and we have to make calls to oil change businesses to see what can be done. Below minimum compensation and that’s not even the least of it. A response is expected soon or we will bring this matter up for higher actions.

  I want to give Shai ( a manager in training) and Michelle (Branch manager) a 5 star service review! I had rented a car from another enterprise office and on my way home the car started to make a rattling Noise and my tire pressure light came on, and they were completely uneven and off the charts. So I called the Suffolk branch that is located on main street for help After I had spoke with the corporate office and they were not going to send another car out to me Or anything! I explained to to Shai that I would be getting there after closing and she basically told me not to worry that they were going to help me out. And yes, they stayed open past closing so that I would have a good car to drive and the one they gave me was amazing and was in like brand new condition! She was so understanding and kind even though I was understandably upset on the phone after receiving no help from the corporate office. They both went beyond their duties to help me out And that says everything! WE NEED more like Shai and Michelle working for enterprise! And now that branch will be the only branch that I use to rent a car.
