- DLDaniel Lee3 days ago1.0Took my vehicle there for oil change. 2023 Bronco Badlands. Drove it the next day and heard rattling from the front. Took it back two days later and the guy who reinstalled my skid plate stripped the anchor baskets and didn’t tighten the skid plate all the way. Their “fix” was installing rubber anchors for the bolts and NO compensation for my time or the fact that they didn’t properly do their job. I will not be going back.

I literally had to stop at Walmart to grab another quart of oil and that's after being charged $49 additional and they still SHORTED ME on the oil the dip stick barley has any oil it , I'll never be back . NEVER AGAIN . They need to put Dakota as manager cuz those two was very hard to deal with as a consumer. Aiden thinks he's some kinda ASE certified master technician, just change my oil and give me the right amount of oil and shut your mouth
