  Night dropped my truck for an inspection. They told me I was 4th in line and they started inspections at 7:30am. I called at 10:30 to check the status as it shouldn’t take 3 hours to get through 4 inspections. The lady who answered said they were swamped and rather rudely said they would call when it’s done. Fast forward 5 hours and they finally called saying it was done but failed due to a third brake light on my camper shell not working. Had they inspected it in a timely manner I could have come up in the morning and removed it. Based off the reviews it looks like efficiency and time management aren’t their strong suit. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

  Very disappointed with the service. I booked an online appointment for 07MAR between 0730-1100 because you cant book specific times online morning, afternoon or evening. I show up and im told I missed my appointment i arrived at 0745! Mind you no specific time was given but I was told I missed it at 0730. I was supposed to get an oil change and state inspection I had to call at 4 PM to inquire about the status of my car i was told it was next I called back at 5:45 because the shop closes at 6 and im told they were unable to get to it and ran out of time. Lets fast forward the day is now 08MAR26 and I call at 12 to inquire about the status of my car im told they are half way done, I still dont receive a call I decide to go to the shop because its 3:45 pm and they close at 5 and they tell me they are done and hadn't had a chance to update it in the system this was the WORST customer service ever!

  Terrible!!! This location has lied to me at least twice that I know of and has been taking their precious time working on my car to replace an oil pan and to do an oil change! It’s taking them 4 days maybe more because I still don’t have my car and I have called and told them I am from out of town I need to get back home!

  Overall my experience was good. Be patient with the staff. They are open 7 days a week and they are juggling appointments and walk-ins. My first visit was a walk-in to patch my tire so it took a little longer than everyone else that had appointments. However I came back the next day for a tire rotation and alignment because they did give me good service and they were nice to me and their prices are reasonable. I didn't get five stars because the first day I was there there was a young lady that walked in after me with no appointment but they took her before me. After I brought it to the technicians attention he did apologize but that was 30 minutes I could have been closer to leaving. Otherwise yes I would go back there. My suggestion is to make an appointment if you can but if it's an emergency situation just be prepared to wait like you would anywhere else.
