He said there were only a couple cars in front of me. Then I asked if I can pick the truck up and bring it first thing in the morning, then he said there is a VA law that if I take it off the lot that I can’t get my original spot back in line. I’ve never heard of that rule. This place seems to be very unorganized. Look at all the previous reviews. You lost a customer for life. I had previously brought a car here and had issue then as well.

It is damaged to the point it is causing problems opening the drivers side door. This happened on a Wednesday and we are being told we can’t talk to anyone until Tuesday because the manager is out of office.

Today I was first in the door, first to check in for state inspection, but 4 people that came in after me had their cars inspected and were on their way well before me. Not sure how that works. Every time I go there it is something else. Probably won’t go there again.
