I received a call around 3:30 pm on 10/8/2025 from Haley (Store Manager at Suffolk Enterprise location). She called to inform me that there were no cars on the lot or any cars coming in to accommodate my reservation. I explained to her that this was unacceptable and untimely since I have to leave town tomorrow and that this has been done to me before by the same Suffolk Enterprise location. I asked for the name of her boss and phone number to express my dissatisfaction. She could only give me his name which is Christian (Area Manager of 7 Enterprise locaions). She said he didn't have a phone number for customers to call him on. I asked if she could call and give him my name and number to call me back. She agreed to give him my name and phone number and said the decision ultimately is not changed since she is the store manager. She told me that I would have to make a new reservation with the Enterprise at Norfolk Airport. Wow, what an inconvenience this caused me again by Suffolk Enterprise location.
