Best car buying experience I’ve had all thanks to Norton. We handled everything over the phone and he even delivered my 2026 GT Mustang to my front door. I told him I didn’t want to step foot on the lot and he made sure my wishes were met. Took maybe 4 hours from first phone call to being delivered to my garage. I recommend this dealership and Norton.

My 2019 F-150 rearview camera was not working since 2024. I took my truck to at least one other Ford dealer and several auto repair shops but all were not able to find out what is wrong or to fix it. Finally I called Barton Ford early March 2026 and Gabriel asked me to bring it in. I sent my F-150 in thinking maybe it would be the same as before. Gabriel coordinated someone working on it, it is indeed not quick or easy, but Gabriel communicated with me effectively about what are possible problems/solutions and what they are doing and the estimated costs up front to obtain my consent/approval. Based on my previous experiences and my own researches I am aware the costs are reasonable/competitive. Also to my surprise Barton loan me a nice Explorer for temporary use without charge! Most importantly the rearview camera was fixed after some hard work! Several staff at Barton who assisted me are very professional and friendly! I would rank Barton Ford the top quality in terms of capability/Tech quality and customer services.

Kaiti Jordan, Assistant Service Manager, checked me in upon arrival for the 60,000-mile service on my. 2019 Edge ST. She was pleasant and efficient, found a rebate for my brake service, and applied my Ford Points to my service ticket. The waiting room is relaxed and comfortable, the coffee machine is first-rate, and even freshly popped popcorn was delivered to my table. The service was done quickly and delivered on time as promised. I drive from Virginia Beach to Suffolk, passing several other large Ford dealerships, just for the first-class customer service Katie and her team at Barton Ford always deliver.

Will never take my Mustang here again after having less than pleasant experiences consistently with their service. I went in this afternoon for an alignment and wheel balancing after replacing the half shafts on my 04 Cobra.
The issue simply lies in the fact that they quoted me 149 for the alignment and 109 for the balancing, but due to my car having "extensive modifications", they took 3 hours to accomplish the task. I was simply told that they were working on it and they would keep me informed. I had no issue there. Towards the end my associate who had been assisting me informed me that the General manager wanted to bill me by the hour due to the complications. so what was going to be a 250 dollar prior to taxes turned into a 431 dollar alignment out of nowhere. No heads up. No choice in the matter. Just time they decided to bill me for with no opportunity to refute and get the car back to a drivable condition and at least compensate them for the service and move on.
I was "cut a break" by the GM by them billing me for two hours plus the other cost of services due to me not being irate, but this is the last straw. The tech was having trouble with the front end, but ironically I came in for this exact same service around September 2025, and between that time and now - I changed nothing about the front end of my vehicle. They did an alignment just fine when I brought them the car with the same aftermarket parts installed that they claimed gave them issues. I had a bad steering rack bushing which they couldn't figure out that was the issue - just left on the ticket that the car had steering play and moved on with their lives. Now - it was troublesome and they made me foot the bill. I've had this car aligned on at least one other occasion by RNR Tire express in the last 120 days - they had no issue. The frequency of alignments are a result of me replacing parts as they fail after a large project I've completed, but this is the only time I've had mechanics tell me that my 04 Cobra with a front end setup that has nothing more than tubular control arms, polyurethane sway bar end links and 285 width tires on a suspension vsetup that was common across every mustang from 1999-2004 was almost beyond their ability as a ceritified Ford dealership to align. It's not a matter of complication - it's a matter of competence. This is an experience where I have observed a supreme lack thereof and had to pay for it.
Their front end associates are nice people. Trained well in customer service. However - their techs are sub par and I have yet to bring my vehicles there and not have something silly come up. Genuinely had to torque my lug nuts after I got my car back from them as they were just past hand tight. Not even hit with an impact. Far below the 105 lb torque requirement. Silly mistakes that happen consistently that I have to deal with either financially or mechanically after they touch my car. I didn't feel it necessary to argue with their GM, because if she felt she was cutting me a break over this - any conflict would have certainly led to me simply footing a higher bill.
I'm done bringing my car here. If you need the simplest of things performed like oil changes or tire balancing - they're fine. The second you have to go beyond that towards anything that requires mechanical finesse to any extent to accomplish - the techs who work on the car should not be trusted to perform that task. You can however trust that you will pay significantly for any incompetence directly out of your wallet. I'm done with this dealership. They've taken well over 5k from me over 3 visits - this isn't a random first time bad experience. I tried to be a repeat customer. I'm officially dissuaded from giving them any further business.
I apologize for how long this review is - but I hope this helps you make the best choice to maintain your Ford. They will sell you the car fine, but I wouldn't trust them to keep it running - just trust that they will ensure they get paid as any other dealership does.
