- LALindsay AguirreDec 1, 20251.0Took my van in to get a leak fixed waited in the lobby for a while before anyone helped me, was very standoffish and left me standing there after they took my keys and didnt say anything to me, didnt ask if I was staying or how long it would be. Later they called and said it needed to be replaced told them to replace, they called asking if I knew where the wheel lock key is (not to be clique but Im a woman driving a mini van like I even know what that is) said they would look again but wouldn't be able to replace it without it. My biggest issue is they never called me to tell me they weren't replacing it/ couldn't find key/ was ready for pickup. Its been sitting there for hours when I could of gone somewhere else. When I went to get the van they guy told me they had a kit to get the tire off but was scared to use it.

I stopped at two other places before I found them, and neither was able to help me that day (the day before Thanksgiving), but Eavers Tire Discounter went above and beyond and quickly got me back on the road so the baby could visit Grandma for Thanksgiving.

WHAT A JOKE. 3/1/2 hours and you cant locate 1 shorted wire on 1 circuit. UNACCEPTABLE. Then charge me for NOT FIXING IT. DONE. Save your time and money . Go somewhere else.
