  It's rare that I give a two-star review but let me explain what happened on my scheduled visit. I had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. and I didn't get out of there until 11:45am The issue was with the guy who had already given his 2 weeks notice or weeks notice or whatever. He didn't care about my vehicle. When I left I got 5 mi down the road and my tire pressure light came on so I had to go back and I was polite and explained that the light came on so they took it back in and fixed whatever it was I don't know if the tire was under inflated or if they didn't reset something. I go down the road again about 5 mi later the ABS light comes on and another light regarding the four-wheel drive system malfunctioning. None of those lights have ever came on before so I turned around and went back. I told the manager he needed to get rid of whoever was working on my vehicle and that's when he told me that person had given a notice and they didn't care. I think corporate is too dumb to think about situations like this. When someone gives a notice they should be released they should not be allowed to work out their notice because it sacrifices customer service. Any other customer - I'm sure it would have been a major incident. As a prior manager for nearly 30 years I understand customer service. Hopefully this guy is released and not allowed to work out his notice. It's because of people like him that give a good business a bad name and corporate needs to understand that. It has me rethinking whether or not I will come back. Management and the other staff were very friendly but they need to get rid of people instead of letting them hang around and drag the business down by not doing their job.

  I’ve had my cars a long time and most places don’t want to work on them due to their ages but Dave took care of maintenance and was reasonable with his prices and fast to boot!

  Took my van in to get a leak fixed waited in the lobby for a while before anyone helped me, was very standoffish and left me standing there after they took my keys and didnt say anything to me, didnt ask if I was staying or how long it would be. Later they called and said it needed to be replaced told them to replace, they called asking if I knew where the wheel lock key is (not to be clique but Im a woman driving a mini van like I even know what that is) said they would look again but wouldn't be able to replace it without it. My biggest issue is they never called me to tell me they weren't replacing it/ couldn't find key/ was ready for pickup. Its been sitting there for hours when I could of gone somewhere else. When I went to get the van they guy told me they had a kit to get the tire off but was scared to use it.

  I had some emergency tire issues, and they were super helpful: fixed the problem right up, got me in and out as quick as they could, and were accommodating of my toddler. I stopped at two other places before I found them, and neither was able to help me that day (the day before Thanksgiving), but Eavers Tire Discounter went above and beyond and quickly got me back on the road so the baby could visit Grandma for Thanksgiving.

  jerked me around for 3 1/2 hours for a reverse tail light short and charged me 200$ then said come back another day and we will figure it out then. WHAT A JOKE. 3/1/2 hours and you cant locate 1 shorted wire on 1 circuit. UNACCEPTABLE. Then charge me for NOT FIXING IT. DONE. Save your time and money . Go somewhere else.
