  I had ordered 2 wheel speed sensors for my van. For some reason only one came in and came in late,(was supposed to be next day was two days later). I went to the store , Stuart’s draft store and was upset I didn’t get both but the manager said Staunton had one and it would be here the next day, Saturday. It was supposed to be here at 12. It wasn’t, then 2, then 4. I called and when the associate said it hadn’t come in I was pretty much furious. I went to the store and after they looked it was found so here I am thinking I had both of them. Come to find out one was the right one the other wasn’t. They apparently mixed up the last 3 digits of the part number. Now I’m thinking I’m done with this company and Jamie the ASM said to give him a second. He looked the part up and found one in Harrisonburg. He called the store had them pull the part and physically read the part number. He told them to put his name on it and put it up front. He then told me he lived in Harrisonburg and on his way home he would pick it up and because he was opening the draft store in the morning would bring it in and have it for me in the morning. Now it’s Saturday night and I won’t know until tomorrow morning if he did get it and bring it in, (I have no reason to doubt he wouldn’t) Number one; he kept me from going to another competitor, Number 2; he was extremely professional as well as helpful, And number 3; he went totally out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer. People like this deserve recognition for a job well done. Thank you and because of this I will continue to do business with Auto Zone in Stuarts Draft.
