  Terrence was fantastic and replaced my windshield with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. All done in about an hour and a half's time!

  My technician was Jeff. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Jeff repaired my windshield and changed my windshield wipers.

  They replaced my car with their “preferred glass” without asking if I wanted the OEM or their “preferred glass”. I was to save $250 dollars as my OEM glass was less expensive than their glass. I have been trying to get a hang of the team on the phone but no one would answer even tho I was assured on the day when I raised this issue that they will get back to me themselves.

  Had an appointment today from 1 - 6 but noone showed up, called or texted. Wasted 5 hrs waiting, so logged in to find out any info. My best guess is that they still haven't verified my insurance coverage which basically means they didn't call because I called my insurance. If you can't be bothered to call your customers to update them then I'll just find someone else to do the work. Wasted the whole day when I could have other work done. Disappointing

  Guys did a great job! There was an issue last week with my appointment. The delivery person cracked the replacement windshield so when I showed for my 7am appointment there wasn't a windshield for me. The guys did the right thing and rescheduled me and took care of me on todays replacement. Great crew highly recommend!
