She was distraught and he was so incredibly nice and made her feel better about the mistake and that accidents happen. He was incredibly fair with the pricing and the car looked perfect after it was fixed. We just went to him again to fix a chemical stain that etched into the hood of my new caddy from a parking garage. We first took it to a detailer and they couldn’t remove it. 30 minutes with Gus and it was back to new. Always fair prices, quick turn around time, and excellent work.
