    Horrible customer service. We have been renting from years and have paid them thousand of dollars. We had a fixed rate for the time being and they suddenly doubled our rentals for no reason. The management is full of lies and always lying about who actually is the district manager. The manager Frank has ZERO customer service skill. I am trying to get in touch with the actual upper management rather than these tools that answer the phone. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!

    Was given a truck with trash in the cab and three cracks on the driver's side of the windshield. Pointed the issue out, was told it's not a problem. Typical drivers are not used to these big trucks, doesn't make sense to make things more difficult or dangerous on them due to negligence in maintenance. Penske might pay the ticket, but I'm the one getting pulled over and missing deadlines.
