  I got there about 8:15 inquiring about getting a car alignment. Told the technicians don't work until 9. Whats the point of opening at 7:30 if you cant complete everything offered.

  Manager says she will not honor my Tire Plug appointment at 6:30pm today. She said it was “cause the call center sets any appointment”. I asked why that is and who I can complaint to, she said “Iam the manager”. Poor management; poor customer service, prolly overworked staff as well sense hey can’t honor a tire plug appointment. Stear clear if you value your time.

  The front desk manager Mickey is an amazing person and is really a breath of fresh air in comparison to the other Mr. Tire in the area. Anthony was a great mechanic although he did take a while to replace my tires but once he was done he gave me some great advice on how to take care of my tires in the future which I really appreciated. Reasonable prices for 2 tires and was very satisfied with the work. I'll be back here again for sure.

  Very unprofessional! Super inconsiderate! And very judgmental! I just needed to grab something for my car and apparently it looked like someone was sleeping in there somehow even though no one was so they decided not to say anything and just keep me in their waiting room for the next hour… like I don’t have work or things to do…. This was the most very unprofessional, most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change. Something that should’ve just been very simple.
