  One staff member handling more than 25 customers, with an estimated wait time of over two hours just to pick up a reserved vehicle. No visible sense of urgency.

  Ana was amazing to work with! She made the whole experience easy and pleasant, and she really went above and beyond to help. Everything was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Highly recommend her!!

  I reserved a luxury car because I am about to go to a trip. Definitely a waste of time. ( They have no cars that I want to drive ) they have 3. And one of them has yet to be cleaned. I am on a time crunch and need to get on the road. I would have appreciated a call from them explaining they don’t have the car I reserved. The lady there said as nice but that doesn’t help me right now. I will not reserve with them again.

  We had an appointment to pickup a non luxury car through Geico. When we arrived they didn't have any non luxury cars available. Then 45 mins later, they got a car in and they told us the only issue was the car smelled like weed and the outside of the car was dirty. So we took the car because we didn't have any other choice, drove to seven eleven, then realized it was a blunt with weed in it under the seat. We got in contact with them, and message them pics of the blunt we found and they have ignored all of the messages we sent. Called the customer service number and they said all complaints get routed back to that location. The lady that gave us the car lied to us about being the manager of that store. Luckily we found the blunt because had we got stopped the police may not have believed that the blunt was in the car prior. Bad location, bad service, will be contacting the Corp office

  Friendly, helpful service on pick up even though we got there right at closing by Airiana Carlos-Lee. She gave us the all wheel drive we had reserved even though that exact vehicle type was not available. She was professional and very kind - especially at the end of the day!
