    This was my first time at a Valvoline and I appreciated the location and straightforward process. The vibes of this place were very relaxed, but also professional. Easy to pull in, with clear given directions, and easy to go through the process step by step. The facilitators were were clear with instructions and helpful if I wasn't quite sure where something was or how to activate a process. They completed an oil change quickly and easily - with no up-selling, which is a major bonus for me. They took the time to show me all of my options, as well as whatever their Diagnostic Systems showed, if you need your car scanned like I did. For example, they were kind enough to check and show me my filters, which were clean. Then they detected a sulfuric smell around my battery and ran a diagnostic on it. They showed me the diagnostic as it was loading, which showed the battery needed to be replaced, but of course didn't push the sale and let me make the decision that was best for me. All in all I would definitely come here again, specifically to this location, and get an oil change at the very least. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering that I needed a replacement battery, which my wallet sincerely appreciated. Last, but certainly not least, they printed out my receipt for the car battery warranty, and printed out another document of recommended services for the vehicle, based on two sources (the make of the car and Carfax). They personally highlighted recommended services, and what order to perform them in - which allows for both time and financial budget management. All in all, great place - thanks for the service! :)

    Courteous and engaging personnel. Explain things, get their work done quickly, so that I’m then on my way! Don’t have to waste 3 hrs of my time as I do at an auto center.

    I’ve been a regular customer here at this Sterling Valvoline location. From getting an oil change to regular maintenance service. My recent visit however was very satisfactory. Jonathan and the crew did an excellent job communicating with me without any pressure or unnecessary upselling unlike other shops I visited in the past. I would strongly recommend this Valvoline for all your oil change needs. Also, I really appreciate the monthly coupons sent to my inbox. It really helps.
