- LCLee CheaOct 27, 20251.0I went to get gas at this gas station. The pump was dispensing the gas very slow. I waited in my car until it was finish, but the pump didn't shutoff when my gas tank was full causing it to overflow 3 gallons worth of gas on the ground. I started my car and drove half a mile, and my car stopped working. Now I have to take my car into the mechanic to fix the problem this gas station caused.
- HSHalie ScofieldMay 10, 20181.0Went here to use my Safeway gas rewards points (10 cents off/gallon). I was unable to use my credit card at the pump, with it saying my zip code was incorrect. I went inside to pay and asked the man how I could use my gas rewards. After explaining twice, he followed me to the pump and showed me how to pump gas like I was an idiot. He rudely asked if it was my first time pumping gas. He didn’t understand me and decided it was okay to be rude to me as if I was the one at fault. They have signs advertising the rewards program, I didn’t just make it up. After 5 minutes of asking a simple question, I was forced to give up and tell him to leave me alone. So, I went here to use my rewards and ended up not getting my 10 cents off/gallon. I was extremely upset when I left. I don’t suggest going here if you want to be treated like a human being. Thanks.
