  Literally the easiest, most stress-free thing I've ever had to do to fix something on my car. I just made an appointment via the safelite website, during which they let me input my insurance to see what was covered. The prices were fair, though to be honest I didn't do a ton of shopping around as their price was acceptable to me, and the most effort I had to exert during the entire process was handing the technician my keys - they even come to your house to perform the work in your driveway (though if you dont have a place for them to work, you can also take your car to one of their shops). There was excellent communication from safelite during the entire thing, from reminders to "tech is on their way" notifications, even when I had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute, it was incredibly easy and I didn't get hit with any kind of service charge or anything. The installer was very professional, highly efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. It took about an hour to complete the replacement, and I was told I could drive the car about 30 minutes later. All in all it was one of the easiest, effortless things I've ever had to do regarding upkeep on my car, and I highly recommend using safelite if you need your windshield replaced. Other companies should take a look at safelite and take notes.

  I was told it would be a 2 to 3 hour window if I was planning to wait for my car. I wasn’t prepared for such a long wait. But I was able to borrow a charging block from the staff and listen to some great music they were playing. So the time flew by plus I’m sure it was just shy of 2 hours! Staff was friendly and the waiting area was spacious with little tray tables for guest to use throughout. Worked well with my insurance. No complaints.

  I had a fantastic experience with Safelite thanks to my technician, Antoine! He arrived well within the given service window and even gave me a heads-up call beforehand. Antoine was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. Despite the freezing cold weather, he worked diligently to repair my windshield and wipers without missing a beat. I’m very pleased with the service I received. Safelite, you’ve got an excellent employee in Antoine!

  I initially scheduled an appointment to have my windshield fixed. Not only did the technician not show up but their was no communication that I wouldn't be service on that day. The AI customer service was of no help when I called. The following day I was sent a rescheduled appointment for two days later without anyone speaking to me. The only bright side of this experience was the technician who showed up on the rescheduled appointment was courteous and provided a good service.

  This review is directed at the Safelite management team and not the technician. I made it a point to stop by the Safelite location to drop off contact information for the auto repair shop where the car was located. This information was not given to the technician. I also requested a technician that was a close family friend working out of this office, adjusted the day of the replacement to accommodate his scheduling, and got confirmation from the front office staff that this would happen. On the day of, they changed out the technician in spite of this effort. Lastly, it is impossible to actually call this office since Safelite has an AI phone service that prevents speaking to a human. This management team is not customer oriented.
