  I had my appointment today to "fix" a very small crack on my windshield and I left the shop with a crack that is now 3x longer. I was told that the integrity of the glass is what's important and not the visual. I guess I have to accept it. Let's see how their repair holds up. Although I was warned that the crack could get bigger during the repair, I was told that it's rare. I guess it's my freakin' lucky day! I have a bigger crack now that stares right at me when I'm driving. If I end up needing the windshield replaced, I will not be using Safelite. Nope, nope, nope, nope..... It's my first and last time that I do business with Safelite. Sayonara!

  Safelite was great and worked with me when my windshield got shattered from falling ice when I was about to go on a business trip . They communicated well and fixed it at a hotel where I parked while I was out-of-state. :-)

  The Safelite location, the customer service and the tech technicians were all fantastic. I was in and out of there in about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, which was well below the expected time. Everything was fantastic thank you all for such a good job.

  My insurance company routed my claim to Safelite after a small windshield chip quickly turned into a 14-inch crack during a drive from South Carolina to Virginia. I contacted Safelite at 1:30 PM on Monday, and by 4:00 PM the same day, a technician was at my location installing a new windshield. The entire process was simple, efficient, and stress-free. The technician called ahead of time, clearly explained the installation process, and addressed my concerns about temperature and curing time. The replacement was completed smoothly and professionally. I’m extremely impressed with the speed, communication, and quality of service. When your insurance company partners with a company like Safelite, it truly makes a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend.

  My back window just shattered out of nowhere (we have cams NOTHING happened it just shattered) went on safelight and booked. Had me set up 2 days later. My technician, Travis showed up right on time and even called me to make sure I knew he was on the way. Super knowledgeable about my car so any questions I had he answered with proffession and ease. And genuinely a really nice guy! Would definitely recommend Travis for your safelight needs
