I was notified after I dropped off the vehicle that they will have to hold the car over for the next working day to have the work done. I was anticipating the work to take three hours, it took him almost 28 hours to complete the work. As soon as I drove off the lot, I realized my sunroof is not working because they had missed installed apart after they replaced the windshield. The customer service was very poor and lacked empathy for the inconvenience they created, despite the fact that all the problems were generated by their own incompetency.

The last time we called an agent called herself to this sterling office and, SHOCKER, no one answered. She explained she cannot even access their scheduling system and that someone would call us back. This is the same thing we’ve heard for 5 months. If this company is serious about fixing this nightmare, a direct number and POC is necessary. Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. I will update this review if they ever rectify the situation. My husband has been dealing with this Safelite location for 5 months. A routine windshield repair has turned into a NIGHTMARE because they broke off a piece of trim of his BRAND NEW CAR. Getting this handled has been impossible. Nobody answers the phone at this office and he’s called corporate numerous times and they are unable to help? They’ve also tried to call this location, and no answer. Really don’t understand how this is possible for a business to operate this way. All we want is for them to fix the part they broke. My husband was understanding and patient even though THEY messed up at the original appointment, but at this point we need to explore all options to get this handled. At this point, my husband would rather drive through a hailstorm with a shattered windshield than ever deal with this company again.
