I was charged $200 for an “exotic car” alignment and I’m not sure it was performed. When asked the store about it, I had to bring the vehicle back in which I did only to be told the technician was not available. It has been a hassle ever since to contact customer support

He gave me an oil change, but said that then I would need to pay for a diagnostic to find out if the oil pan is leaking. But then if they put a new oil pan in they would have to do another oil change. You should have run the diagnostic first, especially because I said when I came in that my oil was leaking. An oil change wasn’t the right solution. So I wasted $125 with you.
