- AMabidah malikOct 15, 20253.0I had nail in my tire,when i arrived at the store,the person at the desk was on his cell phone, i had to great him and tell him aboutcthe tire situatio and showed him the picture, he said he will do the job but it will tsle 1 1/2 hrs,i ok it. i waited in thecwaiting are ,they took the car after 20 min carcwas at thecfront,tge person who was atctge desk,he step out to his car,whike i am waiting.afterx15 min he comesout with his food in his hand and go back to back office. i waited again for 10 min wondering if the carcis ready. after 10 min i went to desk,he cones out get my key before i even ask him,so i ask is the car ready,he smirk and didnt say anything,i said if the car was ready why didnt you said anything,my time is important as your, (FYI,I am a driver instructor)he smirk with laugh. i said where is your manager,he said he is in the back. i just paid got my key and left. I am going to call the corporate office, I fond out he was the manager,His name is Elijah.

I had gotten the belts replaced at another shop this spring and they kept telling me nothing was wrong with my car and so I took it to Mr Tire for a second opinion. The customer service person and the mechanic Listened to the description of what was going on and had it fixed within the hour. They were very friendly and professional. Turns out I was right, so I will never go back to the other shop again! Thank you, Mr Tire!
