  This jiffy lube is the best, I got my oil changed this morning. The guys there know what they’re doing and get you in and out. I feel safe on the road knowing my car got looked at by them. Go to this jiffy lube in sterling!

  I pulled in to ask for help with a beeping sound in my car. Bobby without hesitation came over to help me out. He found out my battery was low? That was great for service for me! Thank you Bobby for taking the time.

  I’m a faithful customer only because Bobby, he makes the process easy, he’s extremely transparent and honest about what’s wrong and right about my car. Never has an issue with hospitality and altogether is an amazing guy. He’s left such a good impression on me not only personally but for the company Also.

  BEWARE: Came in for an oil change. The person who was changing my oil then came up to me and showed me the screen on what changes I needed. First, He did not explain to me my options for the oil change. Just said he is using the full synthetic oil. Usually someone explains me my options before choosing for me but that was not the biggest concern. The person then showed me on the screen that I needed to get my break fluid changed and the rear break pads changed. He then proceeded to show me the front and rear breaks and how the rear breaks were way thinner than the front breaks and was trying to scare me into changing my breaks. On top of that he said that I needed to get my break fluid changed as soon as possible as well. I told him that I got these changed only 3 months ago but he then went again to say how the rear breaks were so thin and if i don't change them I will need to change my rotors. I then went to get this checked up on independently with a mechanic the next day and the mechanic laughed at my face. He said both the rear break pads and the break fluid look as new as they can be. The rear breaks on my car (Honda Accord) are SUPPOSED to be way thinner than the front breaks because they are designed to handle significantly less breaking load. Either the guy at this place was trying to scam me for a couple bucks or is extremely incompetent. On top of that I was quoted from the mechanic for OEM breaks and a break fluid change way cheaper than this place and this place was not planning on changing to OEM breaks. Either ways I DO NOT RECCOMEND going here. You and your wallet will thank me later.
