- MPmed PkDec 17, 20251.0Staff which first i came across while picking up the vehicle was amazing and professional and efficient the young Guy with beard Roman . but ..on the other hand very unprofessional and rude manager Zach as while dropping off the car who does not seem to know his job or was unfairly trying to slap a bill on me, he was wrongly and unnecessarily trying to find a fault in rear bumper of vehicle which was already there when i picked the car from Roman who properly had checked the car while handing it over to me . There were few scratches marks on the rear bumbers but Roman had told me he will not document them as these are lesser in length than specific inches . But the manager Zach was tring and insisting that this this prior marks ware to be noticed and if not noticed it is my fault and i or my insurance will be charged . I highly recommend to beware of him look make a video and keep it with you once you pick the car from them . And Zach manager who serviced me during return did not even know he told me that what is the size of inches of mark so they don't notice during that time the young guy Roman who have me the car was not there , then I wanted for Roman who then told his manager that these scratches were already there and we cant charge anything. good attitude and is difficult to deal with unfriendly and inefficient who did not even know how to check , if you don't pay attention while picking car you or your insurance can be slapped with a bill for the problem which was already there. I recommend to look at other car options or beware of this thing .
