  I really appreciated how Pete was very professional and understanding . He understood each client’s needs and was helpful not only with me, but with clients before me as I watched him handle different situations. Thank you so much for making my trip home smooth 😊👍🏼 Will definitely be renting from here in the future.

  Well I don't know where to begin.....it was an exceptional day......the young gentleman (Alex Lundy) that helped me, he was wonderful.....and the manager I believe (Victoria Payne), both were awesome.....they both went out of their way to see I left with a vehicle.......I give them both 5+stars, I'd give them both more, if I could..... I was at the Enterprise in Sterling...... So anyone looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend them ..... As for Alex Lundy... he's an awesome young man.....my hat off to them both.... Thanks again guys for a wonderful day.....you both deserve a pat on back..... Barbara A Frye I purchased a 2023 Nissan rogue

  This was a great experience, all teams at Enterprise Sterling super helpful throughout the rental and most importantly, the great and easy checkin/checkout process. Zach, Andrew are best Team players and just fyi, us customers do appreciate your diligent work during rental peak times. Where demand is high and there are customer complaints that you have to put yourself up with. Dealing with the American Public is one of the toughest jobs out there!!! So a big time thank you for your readiness with those, who care and appreciate yr work. KT

  The enterprise office in Sterling VA purposefully charged me extra 20 USD per day for about 1000 USD when an insurance company rented a car for me and i have insurance with full coverage. I later asked the insurance company to reimburse. the company asked me why the enterprise had charged me since my insurance has full coverage. I called them and visited their office asking why they charged me 20 USD per day even i have full coverage. they said it’s an option but they did not tell me at the beginning. they told me they will investigate but i have not received their response after ten days.
