  We came in with an idea and budget of what we wanted and were not pressured to be upsold. Taylor provided all the details we needed to know before we arrived and helped us determine what we wanted. When we arrived, we were paired with Rasheed who was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. We bought a car the same day and are very happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend enterprise and specifically the sterling location.

  Occasionally, the circumstances of your life force you into interacting with others you may not meet in normal situations. It's not always helpful, but this time it was. During the last year, my wife died, all of my pets died, and I was forced into yet another situation through which there was another incident where I had an accident and had an incident when I had to get another car in the last month. I was about done with this crap. The people at Enterprise were incredibly helpful with helping me through this. I truly appreciate the help that Rasheed and the others in the sales area gave me throughout the afternoon. All of you were very supportive, even though I don't remember all of your names. I thank all of you. Victoria -- I remember yours, for your discussions when Rasheed was away attending to my car. Thanks for being attentive at a low point in my life. Best wishes to you.

  We just purchased a car with Enterprise, at the Railcar Dr location in Sterling - VA, and Alex Lundy was our Sales Consultant. He was absolutely wonderful! We can’t say enough good things about him. From our first conversation over the phone to choosing the right car for our family, Alex was attentive, patient, very approachable while maintaining a high level of service/professionalism. Trust me when I say I can be difficult, impatient and indecisive but Alex took everything in stride, listened to my must haves, took me on multiple test drive and managed to suggest cars I hadn’t considered. I never felt rushed. Zero pressure. He took the time to guide me through the whole process. Answered ALL my questions. Showed me everything about the car and made sure I was comfortable using all its features. If you are thinking about buying with Enterprise, don’t overlook Alex. He will provide you the best assistance, I’m sure. This Enterprise location is very convenient. The place itself is clean and organized. They have lots and lots of cars. You get a chance to test drive many different makers/models. Prices are competitive and service is excellent. I recommend them. 100%.
