I didn't catch his name but I called about my vehicle and purchasing a battery for my vehicle on December 16 2025 at exactly 130pm. The guy I spoke with had a nasty attitude, and very condescending. When I inquired about if they could put the battery in my vehicle if i came there in 15 minutes, he said it depends on if it is too cold which is not unreasonable in my opinion but when I asked him if approximately 40 degrees was to cold and if the weather was too cold right now, he sarcastically repeated if it's too cold we will not change the battery. Then he put me on hold instead of giving me a clear answer. I hung up and took my business elsewhere. I did callback after I received my service to see if i could catch the name of the original guy that i spoke with but instead I spoke with an Affan this time. He was more professional and helpful.
