As many of the reviewers have voiced their opinion about this entitled “manager” , Sean or Shawn a few months ago, I had the same horrible experience. Purchased a product that it didn’t work for my car and Sean was the person who ringed me up. Today (a few days after my purchase) I called and Sean responded. I shared that the product didn’t work for me and I want to see if I can return it. he said: “ why didn’t it work? You’re the one who picked it! I know because I ringed you up!” I was so taken a back by that statement. After that rude comment, he finally said that yes I can bring it back. I asked him about the reason why he was being so confrontational to customers and he said I can always go to another store. I asked him what his name was, he said Sean and he hung up on me. He was giving me an attitude as if this is his own store! He needs to follow company policy on handling customer concerns and keep his emotions to himself. There needs to be corrective action for this employee. Again, my experience isn’t unique to me if you browse the Google reviews

My battery needed replacing and the store didn't have it. He checked with another store if they had the battery before sending me to the other store. He was very helpful and kind. He also answered phone calls and was explaining to customer He was still busy despite their hold time on the phone. He was very aware and let them know he was sorry.

He helped me find the quantities I needed, made sure I got the discounted prices, and even helped me carry it all to my car. I recommend that store to all. I’ll be back soon!
