  I had an amazing experience at AutoZone today. My car battery had died and needed replacement. I spoke with the manager, and Liam, a young gentleman with long hair, quickly came over to assist me. He was very friendly, smiling and replaced my Duralast Gold battery right away. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Excellent service. Thank you, Liam!!!

  I had an extremely frustrating experience at this AutoZone that should have been completely avoidable. I came in to buy wiper blades for a 2021 Corolla and had already looked up the correct sizes (28" and 14"). Before purchasing, I specifically asked an employee to confirm the sizes because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake. I clearly stated that I needed the measurement for the passenger side, not the driver side. The employee (wearing a headlamp, beanie, and backpack) told me the 14" was wrong and that I needed a 20" blade instead. I trusted her guidance and bought the 28" and 20". When I got home, they were completely wrong. I had to drive all the way back to the store to return them. The blonde male employee who helped me during the return was professional and explained that I had been given the driver’s side measurement, even though I specifically asked for the passenger side. That mistake cost me time, gas, and multiple trips. After finally getting the correct blade and driving home again, the passenger blade broke while trying to clip it on, forcing me to make a THIRD trip. This entire situation happened because I was given incorrect information after clearly stating what I needed. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check employees or make multiple unnecessary trips because of basic sizing errors. It was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. I expect better product knowledge and attention to detail from an auto parts store.

  This is the worst checkout experience I ve had. The entire store there is only one guy working. I ve been waiting 30 mins to checkout. The substitute guy doesn’t care for the wait time of customers. He is taking his time to deal with the autozone shipment guy. The self checkout machine didnt work because it requires password and he didnt know the password. It is 1:30pm 11/3/2025
