I purchased wiper blades, a cabin filter, and other items, and politely asked if he could install the wipers—something Advance Auto publicly advertises as a free service with purchase. He told me to wait, then proceeded to help three to four other customers while I stood there for over 15 minutes. When I asked again, he flat-out refused and told me to install them myself. That’s not what was promised, and it’s not how customers should be treated. I returned everything and walked out. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at an auto parts store. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time

The cabin air filter reasonably price and assisted with installation. Great promotion on windshield wipers, you should ask. They assisted with removal and installation of new wipers. Overall great experience with knowledgeable staff.
