On July 27, I Was in the Potomac run Plaza for a different errand and decided to stop in at this advanced auto store looking for a Motorcycle part, Which I didn’t think they would have and so I took a shot in the dark. So very glad I did and so very glad the manager Mike helped me by being curious about what I was looking for and also very helpful with finding OEM parts for my motorcycle, which were equivalent On their shelf. I was surprised they had depart, although some of my friends are not so surprised. Because of the experience I had with Mike I returned two days later for a screw extractor set, and once again, I was blown away by the experience that Mike and his staff provided. These guys are knowledgeable and if they didn’t know something, they Went out of their way to find out for me. To the crew at advanced auto parts and to the chief there, Mike thank you guys for an awesome experience and you now have a customer for all my vehicles. LQ
