  First time visiting NTB! Customer service was perfect. From calling in over the phone inquiring about a tire size, till walking in the front door. Bobbi did such a wonderful job to services me and my family. Was able to answer all our questions with a smile. Great customer service. Was visiting from out of town would definitely stop by again when I’m in the area.

  This NTB location was awesome! We had a tire issue on the interstate while towing a camper. They got us in right away and went out of their way to get us back on the road! Bobbi was especially wonderful! She is very nice and made sure we got everything we needed! Can’t recommend this location enough!!

  I had a great experience with National Tire & Battery in Staunton. I showed up with two flat tires while my trailer was broken down on the side of the road, and their team jumped right on it. They had me fixed up and back on the road in about 25 minutes, which was a huge help given the situation. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. It’s not often you find that level of service and efficiency. I highly recommend National Tire & Battery to anyone needing fast, reliable tire service.

  I was in Staunton and stopped here because I had a slow leak in my tire. The lady that helped me at the front desk was so kind. They immediately got my car back and started working on it. There was a nail in my tire and they fixed it. They also added windshield wiper fluid to my car without me asking for them to do so because the light was on in my car.little things like that go a long way. I will choose them for all of my car needs.

  Amazing staff, went above and beyond to repair a tire while we waited for a new set to come in. Tech took the time to explain how he went about the repair, and while they had the tire off, they replaced a temporary plug I had previously installed in a separate location. Outstanding team at this location!
