I did an overnight in Staunton, but my final destination was Alexandria, VA, and I was a bit nervous to drive the rest of the way without getting my tire inspected first. I'm a regular customer of an NTB here in Alexandria (Southgate Dr location) so that next morning I looked for an NTB in Staunton and found one. The crew at the Staunton location was friendly and helpful. They quickly took my car in to inspect the tire for any issues. And then they made sure the pressure was good in all tires and got me safely on my way back home. I really appreciated their efforts!
- WBWayne BowyerOct 18, 20255.0This morning I brought my wife’s 2007 Accord in for a leak in the right rear tire. It was completely flat last night. I inflated it partially last night thinking it surely would be flat this morning early. It was still holding air so I topped it off and drove it to NTB this morning to have it repaired. They found no nail but discovered it was leaking around the bead. They repaired that and also found the front right had one nail and a screw in it that was not leaking (I wasn’t aware of either). They repaired both and rebalanced the tire. I expected to pay $100 or more for this but was presented a bill that was just under $30! I was floored and very grateful for the quick, comprehensive and honest service. I am very impressed and I can promise that they will be my first call in the future next time I need vehicle service!
