  I’ve been going here for five years. These are good guys and they do good work. The store is a little disorganized and they are short staffed a lot of the time, but they have been good to me. Brandon did some minor touchup work for me today and it looks beautiful. It took way longer amount of time than quoted, but he did me a solid and has helped me before with tires that were faulty so I’m going to continue to support these guys

  I had a great experience today at Mt. Tire. I got 4 new tires for less than quoted. It took longer than estimated but that's ok. I'll be back when I need tires again.

  The automated appt scheduling did not work. Upon check in at the location my name was not on the schedule. My primary service was an oil change and I asked that a tire be checked for a slow leak( had been ongoing for several mos). When I Asked, I was told nothing wrong with it except cold weather, that all my tires had a psi of 30 so air added. My car psi showed low air for 2 tires but all at 30 was totally incorrect. My car psi then showed 2 tires at 40 and 2 at 38! Also, my mechanic while not rude, had NO customer service skills. I had been very satisfied with the Staunton service and staff however, I will not return to that location.

  I had an appointment for a Monday. They were to call me with a time and did not. I called them on Tuesday and was told they did not have my tires. I never received a text, call or email. I called again no info. I stopped by on Saturday and the tech at the counter knew nothing about the apt. He searched and searched. Came back and told me the tires where there for a wk!!! I asked them to do am alignment and when I picked up my car and drove home my car was NOT aligned and pulling to the right. I will never recommend or go back to Mr. TIRE ON GREENVILLE AVE STAUNTON VA

  I was in a very unfortunate circumstance on Monday, Nov 17th at around 6pm. I was mid road trip, with a pet in the vehicle and suddenly my brake light began flashing. I had just gotten new brakes that morning prior to leaving town so was definitely caught off guard! I called another shop and was referred to Mr. Tire. I was told to come immediately once I contacted them, and Hunter Gray met me right away. He got my truck in, and we could immediately see the issue in the brake lines. He graciously allowed me to stay for hours after close, as well as bring my pet in from the cold car and waited with me until my ride drove down from MD! Also, they kept the car overnight for me until I was able to get it towed to my destination, as the tow company was not able to get to it that night. Throughout the whole situation I felt safe, comfortable, heard and cared for. Hunter was like meeting an old friend! I was truly blessed to have broken down here and enjoyed every minute of the time I spent there.
