But most of that wasn’t their fault as the dealership sent wrong parts. But why if all the numbers ie. vin etc was sent. Only got updates when we called. Then usually a text. Had to return my car for the hood which aligned properly. They did get that fixed fairly fast. Then a few days later when I pulled my fob from my pocket it literally fell apart in my hand. They had dropped it and broke it. Then put tape on it to hide the damage. Must say that was clever as I never noticed the tape. If I had seen it when there I would have asked they replace it. Which ever worker who dropped/broke it should have been honest and said what happened. So now I’ll be out about $500 bucks to replace it. It’s a toss up for a future go round. Very disappointed.
