BUT They told us the repairs would take 2-3 weeks. It took over a month. The date of completion kept getting pushed back over and over again. Granted, part of that was due to circumstances outside their hands. Multiple times, they promised us it would finally be done by a certain date. Two of those dates, my boyfriend had to call off an entire day of work so we could get the car. One of those days, we drove the 45 minutes to pick it up, only to find out it was STILL not done Between the 2 days he called off work and the deisel we had to waste driving all the way there and back, they cost us HUNDREDS of dollars. Due to all of this, I thought the absolute least they could do was cover our $100 deductible, but they refused. We will never go back there.

She answered all of my questions and was very helpful in making sure I was able to drop off and pick up my vehicle after hours! They took care of all of the insurance claim stuff and my car looks amazing! I’m glad it looks like nothing ever happened! I unfortunately don’t know the name of the technicians who took care of everything but a big thank you to them as well! They took care in making sure my car was even clean! They put paper floor mats in and it even had a new car smell 🙂 would 100% recommend Joe Hudson! My car had been side swept so I needed door, fender, ,front pumper repair and paint correction (and probably more than met the eye). It took about a week and a half and again turned out amazing! This was my first ever “accident” and they took such good care of me and my vehicle. Thank you all so much!
