If you don't have availability, then don't take a reservation. This caused me to miss out on a rental from a competor company and now i have nothing for a company function. I have always used Enterprise and thought it was taking care of. Definitely won't rely on this company again.

When the realization that everything came rushing in that my family and I were just in a crazy accident and our car was totaled, she listened, offered a hug & went out of her way to make sure we were all set with our rental. I cannot begin to thank her enough & if there is anyway I can recognized her kind efforts through a company program I would love to do so. Thank you SO MUCH Grace! You do amazing work!!
