- JJJared JarvisFeb 5, 20261.0Night manager doesn't know how to process parts warranty. I showed her my proof of purchase, the defective part, as instructed by the AutoZone website. First, she couldn't find my transaction. So instead of a warranty, she tried to do some sort of return/exchange thing - different system. Then she asked to scan my ID (first time I've ever been asked for that) - and then the system denied the whole transaction and gives a phone number for me to call. I left the store and called the number, and the explanation I got was that she did the transaction wrong, under a generic store account instead of the customer's account. So, my vehicle, is stuck in the driveway undrivable for at least another day, because of incompetence.
