  I had a fantastic experience with Aaron G. at Sheehy Toyota of Stafford. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and immediately impressed me with his deep knowledge of Toyota models—and even compared the differences with the Honda I was driving. Unlike other salespeople I've encountered, Aaron was never pushy; he patiently addressed my questions and concerns. When the car I initially wanted was sold, he proactively found a similar model that met my needs. During a test drive, he arranged for a second ride on both highway and local roads to ensure I was comfortable with the car’s performance. Plus, his pricing was the best in the region compared to all the other Toyota dealerships I checked. Overall, I highly recommend asking for Aaron if you're in the market for a car. His expertise, customer-first approach, and unbeatable prices truly set him apart. Thanks Aaron!

  This was my first time visiting this place, and Sam was very friendly; he clearly explained the process to me, for that reason, you would have earned my 5 stars—BUT waiting 3 hours for my car's first 5,000-mile service seemed excessive to me, especially since they didn't even change the oil (I know they do it every 10,000 miles now)... and that brings my rating down to 3 stars. I might adjust my rating depending on how things go at the 10,000-mile mark.

  My wife Michelle and I, have been looking for a new car for several years, and we just didn't find the right one, that is until we came to Sheehy Toyota in Stafford. Upon walking into the showroom, we were greeted by Seth Bryant, he was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and gave us an opportunity to take a car for a test drive and complete our runs of picking up our children from work and school (5 children). We did not make it back to the dealership until right at 8 pm which was closing time. Seth was right there and after we said that we like the car and will be back the next day, since it was after 8. Seth said that he had everything and everyone set up and if we were ready to make the purchase then we would be able to complete the purchase that night. You truly have a great asset in Seth, and the finance rep was also awesome, who was very patient and answered all of our questions, My wife and I did not feel rushed at all. To top the night off Ms. Cecilia Mondragonpina was extremely helpful and she stayed late into the evening to ensure that Michelle was comfortable with all the options of driving our new Toyota Camry. It was well past nine pm, one hour after regular closing time, but she was right there next to Michelle assisting her, it was truly remarkable how helpful that she was to Michelle. These three employees went above and beyond to provide our family with exceptional service. Job Well Done! We will definitely be back soon to replace our aging Toyota Sienna. Thank-you Tom & Michelle

  My experience with Sheehy Toyota of Stafford was wonderful from start to finish. I started the journey with Ryan, who communicated frequently about options I had available in regards to finding a Grand Highlander. He kept searching for my "unicorn" with the specifics I wanted, and within a few weeks they came across exactly what I was looking for. Ryan and Jimmy sent me frequent updates on the production of my 2026 Grand Highlander and expected delivery date. When I arrived, Jimmy was exceptional in showing me all the bells and whistles. Jake, in finance, got me a great interest rate and was a real straight shooter. The team could not have been easier and more pleasant to work with. Highly recommend going to see them!
