  IF I COULD 0 STARS, I WOULD purchased 3 tires from them less than a year ago and 2/3 tires have fully popped. i called for a emergency tire patch up & although they were still open, they stated they wouldn’t be able to help since they close in an hour. we had already planned on buying new tires from them & considering a patch shouldn’t take more than a couple minutes a tire, i don’t understand why they weren’t able to help. eddie, the person i spoke with even transferred us over to a different department for the warranty but guess what? THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE TIRE, THEY ONLY OFFER YOU A DISCOUNT. WILL NOT be returning to ANY NTB and would NOT recommend this company to anyone else.

  Only place in Garrisonville to go!! Been here several times for multiple different things and they always give me right!!

  As always the work at NTB was done in a professional manner! The waiting area was clean, the employees and technician were professionally dressed and they treated me with respect, kindness, and courtesy! Jonathan, did an outstanding job in diagnosing the problem with a slow leaking air out of my back tire and he explained exactly what he did to correct the problem! He kept me in the loop through the entire ordeal until the tire was fixed! Definitely a nice touch all the way around!

  I had a flat tire, which is I didn’t have any appointment. I walk in and everybody was so patient and helpful. They fix my car right away even in a busy schedule. Everyone is working very hard and I really appreciate what they fix my car right away so I can be able to travel because I was visiting out of state, thank you guys You guys are the best.

  I had a very disappointing experience at NTB. I scheduled an 8:00 AM appointment and arrived early at 7:45 AM, only to find a line already forming outside with other customers. No one opened the doors until around 8:05 AM. Once inside, a single employee began checking people in one by one. By the time I was helped, I explained that I had an appointment for a brake check and asked how long it would take. I was told it would be about an hour and a half. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait that long and had to leave around 8:20 AM. What made the situation worse was that there wasn’t a single mechanic in the service bay—just one person handling check-ins. It’s clear this is why the wait times are so long. I find it very unprofessional to schedule appointments when there isn’t enough staff available to actually perform the service. This experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time.
