Now my tire doesn’t hold air and I have to go get it fixed. Highly recommend not using this location!!

The second time I waited for over an hour while yet again they let cars that came after me to go through. They have acted like my time isn’t as valuable as other customers and offered no for of compensation. Other than a verbal apology both times and them reassuring me this isn’t their normal (even though it has become a Patten for me). After an hour wait they told me they didn’t have the right oil so I couldn’t even get an oil change today!!! Seriously do better. After speaking with a manager they got the oil I needed to do the oil change.

They couldn’t figure out the proper queue of vehicles — they didn’t seem to know which car came first or second. They also refused to accept a coupon I downloaded directly from the Valvoline website. When I tried to ask about these issues, no one seemed to care or wanted to give a clear answer. Very poor customer service overall.
