    Overall, a pretty painless process to buy a decently priced truck. Issues came when trying to get clarification from financing on tax rates that were inaccurate for my purchase location. I requested clarifying questions and Jake was in financing. Jake seemed annoyed for me to ask what tax rates were and why they seemed to differ from my math. When actually purchasing the vehicle we worked with Ashlee who was great. There were some questions after the purchase in which I needed finance help, and it was difficult to get in touch with them once the sale was complete. After emails and several phone calls over several weeks, I was able to get in touch someone. Jake was the person working and he was extremely rude and seemed annoyed to explain things to me. If you purchase from Sheehy Stafford make sure you work with Ashlee if possible, I do not recommend working with Jake. Honestly I probably will not purchase from this location again just based on my interactions with him.

    Very very terrible service.I took my car in just for the 60k service and now my fan switch no longer has the Display light. The with grease all over the Glove box The Ac vent scratch up. The car is not Driving the same now it is vibrating when I'm stopped at traffic light. Sorry i took it toyota

    I went to Stafford Toyota this new year and I had the best customer experience I’ve had since I started coming here for my maintenance since 2023. Kaleb Vankinscott made sure I was taking care of to the fullest VIP service. He really went above and beyond for my experience at a dealership to be the best. Thank you 😀.

    I was working directly with a salesperson named Jimmy at Stafford Toyota over several days. We negotiated the price and had a written agreement in place. I made it very clear that I was ready to move forward and was just waiting on the final out-the-door sheet, the window sticker, and instructions on how to place a deposit since I couldn’t pick the car up that weekend but planned to the following week. At that point, Jimmy completely ghosted me. No reply. No follow-up. Nothing. I reached out again days later and still received no response. When I checked the dealership’s website, the car was suddenly gone. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for a customer’s time. Dealers will bend over backwards when they want a sale, but once I was ready to move forward, the communication stopped entirely. That’s not an accident, it’s shady behavior. If you can’t honor an agreement or even communicate like a professional, you shouldn’t be in sales. This experience left a very bad impression of Stafford Toyota, and I would not recommend doing business here.

    I would not recommend taking your vehicle to there service department as it seems that they can not tell the truth on anything my we took our 2018 Toyota Camry that we had just purchased from carvana in there for oil change and tire rotation we were advised that it would be about 2 hrs after we scheduled an appointment so we dropped off after 2 hrs we called to check status car had not been moved or touched long story short it was there for 6.5 hours right up till they were closing so of course we were not happy we were dealing with Caleb so we were advised that a member from management would contact us that following Mon never herd anything had to keep calling to try and reach someone finally spoke to them on wed was also sold a supposed vip package for 211 that now seems to not even exist we were asked to please allow them to make the experience better and give them another shot boyyyyyy what a bad mistake dropped the car off for the 2nd oil change last night get a call from Victor bright and early this morning advising that we have no vip package on the car after speaking with him then going to the dealership to show proof of receipt and everything he advised that he don’t know what we paid for maybe it was a renewal for the vip after it expired how does something expire that never had it on it especially when it was not bought from Sheehy anyway he ended up not being very friendly and was kinda aggressive to the point that he was like u have no vip and I’m not sure what the 211 dollars u paid for was for but we can’t help u unless u pay full price so here we are thinking we had a service plan and he was like well they were kinda new maybe he didn’t know what he was talking about first off that’s not an excuse if u don’t know something u ask especially when ur dealing with someone else’s money that they paid out for a service that don’t exist funny thing was the first oil change was free and was wrote up under vip package lol so I do not recommend taking your car to there service unless u want false service and paying for things that don’t exist very disappointing and frustrated will not be returning to that service department again
