  I started my car review journey over email and inquired a few things and Cecilia was the first to get back to me! She was so quick and pleasant to speak with over email and really assisted me as much as she could. After a lot of thinking, I ended up going to see my new car in person the next day. Andre was the first person to check on me and was able to assist me and pretty much closed the deal along with Cecilia. Truly grateful for such a smooth and helpful time at the dealership. I’m very happy with my new car thanks to Cecilia and Andre!

  TL;DR Sales is great; don't go to service if you value attention to detail. I purchased my car here at Stafford Toyota, which was a smooth, quick, easy process. Jimmy Leveque in sales is your guy to buy from. I did much of the process remotely, and I wasn't at the dealer long. You hear horror stories about being in the dealer for hours, but I probably spent less than an hour total at the dealer. Fantastic service all around in sales. Service has been a different story. I've had random issues popup before, but my last service really left me annoyed. I went in for an alignment, oil change, and tire rotation. Simple items that don't typically take long. The advisor told me that it should be done pretty quickly since they weren't busy. It took over two hours. I can live with that though, I'm happy to wait if the work is done correctly. The problem is that the work was not done correctly. As part of my alignment, I asked for a specific camber number as camber is fully adjustable on my car. I mentioned it multiple times, and Toyota has done this for me before. The advisor told me that he would take care of it. When I picked up my car, it was aligned to factory specs, far from what I asked for. When I asked to have this fixed, the advisor told me he couldn't as the tech had gone home for the day. I don't like being blown off, but I absolutely felt like I was being blown off. Reading the alignment sheet, it was clear that the tech knew how to adjust the camber. In fact, props to the tech because he did a spot on factory alignment. However, I'm pretty annoyed that the advisor didn't bother to communicate my request. Looking over my paperwork, the advisor did not make a note of my request anywhere. I'll probably come back, but I'll have to go to a different advisor. I wouldn't come to this service department if you value attention to detail. If you do, don't sign any paperwork until you've read what the advisor put on your service ticket.

  Well 415 appt pulled into the service area for drop off at 335 about 5 service writers took abit for a porter to asked if we had appointment service writers never said anything. One on his cell phone other setting at his station didn't look up porter finally got him to sign us in. Not very organized for customers pulling in no one seems interested in saying hello an seeing what you need or saying will be with you in a few. But did have 4 salesman trying to sell me a car with in 5 minutes of walking around lot to stretch legs.

  Wonderful service from Mr. Kaleb and his team. First time patron, bringing my vehicle in for gas related issues and overall inspection. Also, first time purchasing a used vehicle overall and from Carvana. After a multipoint inspection and a detailed synopsis of how my vehicle calculates gas, it's consumption, and the vehicles overall learning of driver styl...I left feeling confident in the brand and this particular dealership. Grateful for their patience and expertise. Thank you!

  We had an excellent experience with the salesperson, Kevin and the manager, John. Came in to look at a used Tundra to replace my totaled Tacoma, nothing we drove was working for what we wanted. Long story short, we came home with a 2026 Tacoma TRD Sport that I can't believe I wasn't considering new as an option from the time I arrived but glad I did - it's a fabulous truck! I think we got a very good deal and I have no complaints at all. Ashley in financing was also great, no pressure to buy a bunch of add on options or warranties. We probably spent more time test driving than we did for the actual transaction. Thanks so much guys! Chris & MIchelle from Culpeper!
