  Terrible service. Broke something in my 2023 Sienna (that I bought certified in February 2025) during a routine service and then tried to grift $300 to fix it. Claimed they had “camera evidence” of the problem during my first service, but never mentioned it to me at that time. Disgusting!

  I needed a few things done as my vehicle had been in storage for more than three months. It was very easy to check in to the service station. I made an appointment to drop off but the staff said I could wait. About 1.5-2.0 hours later a tire rotation, fluid check, and filter change was complete. That was with at least 4-5 vehicles at the same time and with a “drop off” appointment. I was very happy with the service and timing.

  Thank you, Micah!! I was in the market for a new Toyota and hit the jackpot with finding this gorgeous new Prius 2026 in grey. It was my first time buying a car, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Micah is helpful, warm, and patient. He was active in understanding and spent time talking to me to achieve the outcome we were all hoping for which is finding the perfect car for me! Throughout the entire process, Micah was dedicated and communicative. I’d highly recommend coming here for an above and beyond atmosphere in making such a big decision. 10 out of 10 all around. On a side note, I went home and found a small scratch on my car plus some stains on my front chairs. They offered to fix them for free. Thank you so much to the general manager for your kindness! I will definitely coming back to buy my wife a new car here in a few years. ☺️

  Once known for reliable vehicle maintenance, the Stafford location has experienced a decline in service quality. I have been billed multiple times for issues that should have been fixed during the first visit. It seems the value of community trust has been overlooked. Safety and quality of service should stay the company’s top priorities.

  This is my second time that they took my car from 9:45 am for the whole day til 5 pm when I got a message that my car will not be ready until next day morning I asked if there is any car from rental that I can use to go to my work and the answer is sorry so I have to take my car because they never take it inside or did any work and that happened twice in a year and couple months . Also This toyota at stafford just they looking to suck our blood because for one time I took my car for regular maintenance even the car is new 8 or 9 months old so they asked me to change the filter for the ac and do the alignment and I told them ok for alignment.after 2 months and half I took the car again for maintenance and I told them about the filter so they told me sorry we don't have it but your car needs alignment. I was chocked and I call friend in different toyota's location he has same car BZ4X electric I asked him about alignment.he told me that he has the car for more tha 18 months no one's asked him for alignment or anything except regular maintenance so I have to ask him to get me my key back so I took it to another location after they checked everything they told me everything is green is good to go with both extra except regular maintenance.
